Phase 1: Diagnosis

We analyze the organization in deep detail: business culture, business goals, stakeholders, communication flows, marketing and communication politics, market, competition, human resources, among others.

Phase 2: SWOT Analysis

Following the diagnosis, we search for weaknesses or possible threats, as well as strengths and communication opportunities. From those results, we define their communication needs.

Phase 3: Setting Goals

We set goals and objectives to reach, that meet the Weaknesses / Opportunities previously studied.

Phase 4: Production and implementation of the reputation strategy: comunication and activity production techniques selection

There will be set, dated and implemented all the activities and tactics date fulfill the, previously set, company goals.

Phase 5: Evaluation

Every activity performed is evaluated to make sure that all the objectives are met, so that the client knows the results of their investment.
